Magazine Press News: Hydrogel printing made easy and biocompatible for soft robotic system

A facile and versatile strategy to directly print hydrogels into biomimetic soft robots has been reported by Yin Cheng and Ho et al. Biocompatible alginate rheological modifier of hydrogel allow straightforward manufacturing into arbitrary 3D topologies using direct-ink-write (DIW) 3D printing.
